1) Definitions

  • “We”, “us”, “our” means The Fittest Pet® / Montre Australia Pty Ltd.
  • “You” means the customer, visitor, or purchaser.
  • “Products” means The Fittest Pet products sold via our website.
  • “Subscription” means a recurring order plan billed and dispatched automatically at your selected frequency.

2) Eligibility and Website Use

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site security, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

3) Product Use and General Information

The Fittest Pet® products are formulated as a supplementary food for dogs to complement a balanced diet. Information on our website is general in nature and is not a substitute for veterinary advice.

  • Always follow the feeding guide and usage directions on the product label. 
  • Dosage Guide (Daily): <10 kg: 1 chew/day; 11–25 kg: 2 chews/day; >25 kg: 3 chews/day.
  • If your dog is under 12 weeks, pregnant, lactating, on medication, or has a medical condition, consult your veterinarian before use.
  • If you notice an adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek veterinary advice.

Individual results vary based on your dog’s age, breed, diet, baseline health, lifestyle, and consistency of use.

4) Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order for reasons such as stock availability, payment verification, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email.

If you need to change your order or address, contact support as soon as possible.

5) Pricing, GST, and Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may update pricing, promotions, and availability at any time.

Payments are processed via secure payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel and refund your order or contact you to confirm the correct price before dispatch.

6) Shipping and Delivery

We offer express and standard shipping options Australia-wide, and also deliver internationally.

7) Returns, Refunds, and the Happy Pet Guarantee

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy, including our Happy Pet Guarantee. If your dog doesn’t absolutely love our chews, contact us for a full refund. 

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply in addition to our policies.

8) Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

  • You authorise recurring billing at the frequency shown at checkout.
  • Subscription orders are processed and dispatched automatically.
  • You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel at anytime. If you need additional help, contact support: email AT thefittestpet DOT com.

Promotions, Discount Codes, and Offers

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the terms displayed at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise:

  • One code may apply per order.
  • Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Offers may have start/end dates, product exclusions, minimum spend, or customer eligibility rules.
  • We may withdraw or update offers at any time.

10) Reviews, Testimonials, and User Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, image, or other content:

  • You confirm it is accurate to your genuine experience and not misleading.
  • You grant us permission to use it for marketing (website, email, social, ads) in an anonymised or credited format, unless you request otherwise.
  • We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or violates platform rules.

11) Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, trademarks, product names, text, images, and design elements are owned by or licensed to The Fittest Pet®.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content without written permission.

12) Liability and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.

13) Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website and will apply from the “Last updated” date.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
