When do I get paid, and how?

You’ll be paid once a month, as long as you’ve earned above the minimum payout amount (we’ll confirm this number with you directly). Payments go straight to your PayPal or bank account — whichever you set up in your Affiliate Portal. No invoices, no chasing us — it’s automatic.

How much do I earn?

  • 25% on a customer’s first payment when they sign up through your link.
  • 15% on each of their next 6 renewal payments (if they’re on a subscription).
  • After that 6th renewal, commissions on that customer stop — but you keep earning on every new customer you refer.

Example: Sarah refers a customer who signs up for a $50/month subscription.

  • Month 1: Sarah earns $12.50 (25%)
  • Months 2–7: Sarah earns $7.50/month (15%)
  • Month 8 onward: No commission from this customer (but Sarah’s other referrals keep paying out!)

What counts as a “valid” referral?

A valid referral is simply: someone clicks your unique link, then buys BioNAD (within the tracking window — see below). That’s it! You don’t need to do anything fancy — just share your link.

How long does my referral link “remember” someone?

Think of it like a coat check ticket — when someone clicks your link, our system gives them a little “ticket” that says “this person came from [Your Name].” That ticket stays valid for a set number of days (we’ll confirm the exact number with you). If they buy within that window, you get the credit — even if they don’t purchase the very same day $CITE_2 $CITE_3.

What if someone clears their browser history or uses a different device?

If someone clicks your link on their phone but later buys on their laptop, our system might not connect the two — similar to losing that “ticket” we mentioned above. This is rare, but it can happen. The best way to avoid this is encouraging your audience to click your link right before they’re ready to buy.

Do I need to install anything or use special software?

No! You don’t need any technical skills. Just copy your unique link from your Affiliate Portal and share it — through social media, email, or your website. That’s the whole process.

What happens if my referral cancels their subscription?

If a customer cancels, you simply stop earning the 15% renewal commission going forward — but you keep any commissions you’ve already earned and been paid for.

What if a customer asks for a refund?

If a sale is refunded, that specific commission will be reversed (removed from your pending or upcoming payout). This is standard practice and protects both you and BioNAD from paying out on sales that didn’t actually go through.

Can I offer my own discount code?

Currently, we provide one standard coupon code (10% off first payment) for you to share — this keeps things simple and consistent for all partners. If custom codes become available in the future, we’ll let you know!

Does using the coupon reduce my commission?

No — your commission is calculated on the same percentage regardless of the coupon. You still earn your full 25%/15% rates; the customer just gets a nice discount too.

Where do I find my referral link?

Log into your Affiliate Portal (link provided in your Welcome Email) — your unique link is displayed right on the dashboard. Just copy and paste it wherever you want to share it.

Where can I see how much I’ve earned?

Your Portal dashboard shows:

  • Pending earnings (sales made, but not yet paid out)
  • Paid earnings (money already sent to you)
  • Total clicks on your link

I forgot my password / can’t log in — help!

No problem — just click “Forgot Password” on the Portal login page, or email us directly and we’ll help you reset it.

Are there any rules I should know about?

Just a few common-sense ones:

  • Don’t refer yourself (buying through your own link).
  • Don’t make false claims about BioNAD’s benefits.
  • Don’t bid on “BioNAD” as a paid ad keyword (e.g., Google Ads) without checking with us first.
