Order Processing Times
Orders placed through The Fittest Pet are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time refers to the time it takes us to receive, prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the delivery carrier.
During busy periods such as sales, public holidays, or peak shopping seasons, order processing may take a little longer than usual.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery details. Orders above AUD$100 receive free shipping.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. However, once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost, missing, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number, tracking details, and any relevant photos.
We’ll do our best to assist, including helping with a courier investigation and working with you to find a suitable solution where appropriate, such as a replacement or refund.
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check safe drop areas, neighbours, household members, building reception, or property management before contacting us.
For damaged items, please keep the item and packaging while we review the issue, as this may help us resolve the matter faster.
Authority to Leave and Missed Deliveries
Some couriers may offer authority to leave, safe drop, or unattended delivery options. If selected, your parcel may be left at your address without a signature.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered, The Fittest Pet may not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage. However, we’re always happy to assist where possible.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery, collection, or return to sender.
