We understand palatability is everything. If your dog doesn’t love The Fittest Pet® chews, we’ll make it right with a refund. Just email us your order number within 10 days of delivery. No hoops, no hassle.

Damaged Items on Arrival

We pack every order carefully to protect it in transit. If anything arrives damaged, contact us straight away and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Please include:

your order number, and photos of the outer parcel, shipping label, and the damaged product.
We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Missing Parcels or Delivery Issues

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the parcel:

  • check your safe drop area
  • check with neighbours or building reception
  • confirm the delivery address on your order

If it still can’t be found, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under ACL.
