The Fittest Pet — Affiliate Partner Program

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in The Fittest Pet Affiliate Partner Program (“Program”) operated by The Fittest Pet ABN [28111067442] (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By applying to and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before applying.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Australia or an approved international jurisdiction
• Have a legitimate platform, audience or professional network through which to promote our products (e.g. a website, social media account, professional practice or email list)
• Not have been previously terminated from the Program for breach of these Terms
• Comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Approved Affiliate Partners

The Fittest Pet operates a curated, invitation-based affiliate program. We partner with:

• Registered veterinarians and veterinary nurses
• Certified dog trainers and animal behaviourists
• Pet health and wellness content creators
• Reputable pet industry professionals

All applications are manually reviewed. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to our assessment of fit with The Fittest Pet brand values.

4. Commission Structure

Approved affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral link or coupon code as follows:

Recurring commission on subscription renewals is limited to the first 6 renewal payments per referred customer. After 6 renewals, commission on that customer’s ongoing subscription payments ceases automatically.

Commission rates are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days written notice of any changes to commission rates. Changes do not apply retrospectively to referrals already recorded.

5. Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies for commission when:

• A customer clicks your unique referral link or uses your coupon code
• The customer completes a purchase within the 30-day cookie window
• The order is not subsequently refunded or cancelled within the approval period
• The purchase is of an approved commissionable product (currently BioNAD Longevity+ one-time purchase and BioNAD Longevity+ Subscribe & Save subscription)

Referrals are tracked using first-party cookies. We are not responsible for referrals that cannot be tracked due to the customer’s browser settings, ad blockers or privacy tools.

6. Commission Approval Period

All commissions are held in Pending status for 45 days after the date of purchase. This period accounts for our refund policy and allows us to verify the validity of each referral.

After 45 days, pending commissions are reviewed and approved or rejected based on the following:

• Commissions are approved if the order has not been refunded or cancelled
• Commissions are rejected if the order has been refunded, cancelled or identified as fraudulent
• Commissions are rejected if the referral is found to be in breach of these Terms

7. Payout Schedule and Methods

Approved commissions are paid on the 1st of each calendar month for all commissions approved in the prior month.

Minimum payout threshold: $50 AUD. Commissions below this threshold roll over to the following month until the threshold is reached.

Payout methods available:

• PayPal (preferred)
• Bank transfer (Australian bank accounts only — contact us to arrange)

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. The Fittest Pet is not responsible for failed or delayed payments due to incorrect information provided by the affiliate.

All payouts are made in Australian Dollars (AUD). International affiliates are responsible for any currency conversion fees or taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.

8. Taxes and Reporting

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to commissions earned through the Program. The Fittest Pet does not withhold tax on affiliate payments.

If you are registered for GST in Australia and your commission payments are subject to GST, please notify us and we will work with you to ensure compliance.

9. Permitted Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote The Fittest Pet and BioNAD Longevity+ through:

• Their own website, blog or content platform
• Their own social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Their own email newsletter or professional client communications
• In-person recommendations to clients or professional contacts
• Their own podcast or video content

10. Prohibited Promotional Methods

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions:

• Self-referrals — purchasing through your own referral link or coupon code, directly or indirectly
• Paid search advertising — running paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads etc.) that use our brand name, product name or trademarked terms including “The Fittest Pet”, “TheFittestPet” or “BioNAD”
• Trademark bidding — bidding on our branded keywords in any paid search platform
• Spam — sending unsolicited bulk emails or messages promoting our products
• Misleading claims — making false, exaggerated or unsubstantiated health claims about BioNAD Longevity+ or its ingredients
• Medical claims — representing BioNAD Longevity+ as a treatment, cure or prevention for any disease or medical condition. BioNAD Longevity+ is a complementary pet food and must be represented as such
• Coupon distribution — sharing your coupon code on public coupon or deal websites without our prior written approval
• Cookie stuffing — using any technique to artificially generate referral credits
• Incentivised clicks — paying, rewarding or incentivising others to click your referral link without completing a genuine purchase

11. Health Claims Compliance

BioNAD Longevity+ is classified as a complementary pet food — not a veterinary medicine or therapeutic product.

All promotional content must:

• Use language such as “supports”, “helps maintain”, “may assist” rather than “treats”, “cures”, “prevents” or “heals”
• Not represent the product as a substitute for veterinary care
• Include a disclaimer where appropriate: “BioNAD Longevity+ is a complementary pet food supplement and is not a substitute for veterinary advice or treatment.”
• Comply with the Australian Consumer Law and the ACCC guidelines on health-related claims

Affiliates who are registered veterinarians must ensure their promotional activities comply with the relevant state or territory Veterinary Practice Act and their professional code of conduct.

12. Disclosure Requirements

All promotional content must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with The Fittest Pet in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines and the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics.

Required disclosure language (or equivalent):

“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
“This is a paid partnership with The Fittest Pet.”
“Ad” or “Sponsored” where applicable.

Failure to disclose your affiliate relationship is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute a breach of Australian consumer law.

13. Brand Guidelines

When promoting The Fittest Pet you must:

• Use only approved brand assets (logos, images and copy) available in your Affiliate Portal
• Not modify, distort or misrepresent our logo or brand identity
• Not make comparative claims against competitor products
• Represent the brand in a manner consistent with its premium, science-backed, trust-first positioning

We reserve the right to request removal of any content that we determine to be inconsistent with our brand guidelines.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property including but not limited to the TheFittestPet brand, BioNAD Longevity+ name, logo, product imagery and website content remains the exclusive property of The Fittest Pet.

Your participation in the Program grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use approved brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting our products in accordance with these Terms. This licence is revocable at any time.

15. Program Modifications and Termination

By us: We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program or any individual affiliate’s participation at any time with or without cause. We will endeavour to provide 30 days notice of material changes where possible.

By you: You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing at email@thefittestpet.com. Upon termination all pending commissions that have not yet reached the 45-day approval period will be forfeited. Commissions already in approved status will be paid on the next scheduled payout date.

Immediate termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation immediately and without notice if you breach any of the prohibited promotional methods in Section 10, make false health claims, or engage in fraudulent activity. In such cases all pending and approved commissions may be forfeited at our sole discretion.

16. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor referral activity for fraud. The following will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions:

• Self-referrals detected through IP matching, device fingerprinting or account analysis
• Artificially inflated click or referral counts
• Coordinated purchasing activity designed to generate commissions without genuine customer intent
• Any other activity that we determine to be an attempt to manipulate the Program

17. Relationship Between the Parties

Your participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between you and The Fittest Pet. You are an independent contractor. You have no authority to bind The Fittest Pet to any agreement or obligation.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Fittest Pet’s liability to you in connection with the Program is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Fittest Pet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your participation in the Program.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

21. Definitions

These Terms and Conditions were last updated in July 2026 and are subject to change. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
